Many of the dishes from South East Asia are cooked in the Wok. Get to know the right Wok Techniques and who to use the Wok in the most efficient ways. In addition to this we will introduce you to stirfrying and other asian cooking techniques.
During this course we will introduce dishes from Malaysian, Indonesia, Vietnam, Korea and Thailand to you.
Many of the dishes take very short time to cook and ingredients can be prepared well in advance.
