With Legazpi City becoming the center of the food industry in the Bicol Region, Apicius Culinary Arts & Hotel Management, Inc. had decided to put up the first Bicol branch in 2011 with Chef Diosdado “Dick” Condeno and Chef Concepcion “Connie” Condeno, married to each other, spearheading one of the first culinary schools in the metropolitan. After 6 years, Apicius Legazpi has become the top provider of culinary education in the city.
