An accredited culinary school in Sofia, Bulgaria. Founded in February 2008, the academy has more than 300 full-time students from 18 nations. The school is considered the first culinary school in Eastern Europe. All of the Apicius students enrolled in the International Dual Degree in Culinary Arts will take pathway education at HRC Academy followed by a well-paid internship in the USA.

Italian Chef Academy
The academy located near the central market in an elegant part of Rome offers structured culinary courses on Italian cuisine. The professional Chef course has four learning levels (with workshops and internships) covering cooking fundamentals and food safety. The academy also has a three to the six-month course in Italian cuisine aimed at international chefs from accredited culinary schools.

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority serves as the Philippines' Technical Vocational Education and Training authority. As a government agency, TESDA is tasked to both manage and supervise the Philippines' Technical Education and Skills Development.
Apicius' programs are accredited by TESDA.

A non-stock, non-profit organization, the Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines (HRAP) is the umbrella organization that speaks for the hospitality industry. Bureau of Immigration
The country's immigration regulatory and control body. It enforces and administers alien admission and registration as well as immigration and citizenship laws in accordance with the provisions of the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940. Apicius Naga and Legazpi is n accredited learning institution of the Bureau of Immigration to offer technical-vocational courses to Foreign Students.
OWWA
The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) is a national government agency vested with the special function of developing and implementing welfare programs and services that respond to the needs of member-OFWs and their families. Scholars from OWWA may now apply to the programs offered by Apicius.
