1st Regional Food and Travel Expo (REFTEX)

Apicius is the MAJOR SPONSPOR of this event. The exhibition at the Ayala Mall Legazpi that will house our food and travel exhibition in relation to the main event. Our activities and demos will be flashed into a video wall at the mall’s stage. For the expo, we invited travel, culinary and hospitality experts to talk on the latest trends in the food business and tourism industry and do a cooking demo showcasing local ingredients and new cooking techniques. The event is also highlighted by the skills competition among tourism, hospitality students from different schools in the Bicol Region.             

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: Your Road To Success

Advance GlobalSkills career orientation, where international internships and employament opportunities were discussed by Mr. Ronald De Guzman of RCCL - Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd.            

Bicol Food Festival "Namit Bicolnon"

Participants has to make use of gata(coconut milk), sili and pili as ingredients to one dish meal at a working budget of not more than Php. 500.00 good for atleast 3 servings.
