Short Description: Apicius is the MAJOR SPONSPOR of this event. The exhibition at the Ayala Mall Legazpi that will house our food and travel exhibition in relation to the main event. Our activities and demos will be flashed into a video wall at the mall’s stage. For the expo, we invited travel, culinary and hospitality experts to talk on the latest trends in the food business and tourism industry and do a cooking demo showcasing local ingredients and new cooking techniques. The event is also highlighted by the skills competition among tourism, hospitality students from different schools in the Bicol Region.
