About the Event
Learn the basic knowledge of bread production and ways of how to produce some international breakfast specialties from the bakery. Join in the online class of Chef Ed Lawrence, Pastry and Baking Chef Instructor of Apicius Culinary Arts (Naga).
Duration: 2 days, 6 hours per day
Each participant who will take this program will be receiving completion certificate from Apicius.
Online Class Fee is Php 500 Only for 2 days session via Zoom.
