Dutch Cooking has been influenced by many other countries and these days you will find a wide range of Foods from hearty soups and Stews up to dishes with many exotic spices and flavors in Holland.
Course Description: 5 Days / 6 hours per day
Hutspodge, Stamp pot and Rode Kool are just a few of Dutch all-time favorites. This combined with some dishes like Bami Goreng and Nasi Goreng which have been adapted during the time of Dutch Rule in Indonesia. Some great fish dishes utilizing fresh fish from the North Sea, like Dover Sole and Codfish combined with local ingredients and Dutch Cheese.
All of the above makes Dutch cuisine a unique melt pot of flavors and a tastes.
