The goal of the program is to give students a comprehensive overview of Italian culture while providing them with the techniques and skills to fully prepare them to become a professional chefs. Students develop expertise in all areas. The program focuses on both production and individualized skills necessary to find gainful employment in restaurants, hotels and othercatering services. The program also offers Safety and Sanitation, Nutrition Science and practical experience to support and develop student’s professional skills.
