Kinalas Cooking Festival 2016

Ace Blademere Santiago & Rudolph Louise Borreta of Apicius Culinary School Naga along with their mentor, Chef Billy, were hailed as Champions of the concluded Kinalas Cooking Festival 2016 that was held at Plaza Quezon on June 17, 2016. This event was brought to us by the Naga City’s Arts, Culture & Tourism Department. Ace and Louise had elevated this famous staple dish of Naga City and put their own unique flavor to it.
