STANDARDS

A training program based on USPH and HACCP requirements. These programs are based on International Cuisine.

HANDS-ON CULINARY

TRAINING

Each students will have a practical 80% hands-on training and just 10% lecture with 12: 1  ratio per chef instructor.

FREE LOCAL

INTERNSHIP

Our students have an option to have a local internship in any of our partner 5 -star hotels in the Philippines.

INTERNATIONAL PATHWAY
